New Age Mix

This class offers a mix bag of everything! We start with 20 minutes of cardio dance. Then we move on to 20 minutes of a combination of body weight, weight bearing and cardio exercises designed to strengthen and tone while boosting your metabolism. We finish with 20 minutes of yoga and relaxation.
