HIIT Time

Intense, fast-paced High Intensity Interval Training. Targets a combination of total body strength training and explosive cardio for an optimal metabolic effect. May not be ideal for beginners.

Strengthening and Lengthening

This class focuses on all the fundamentals of wellness: strength, cardio, flexibility as well as the mental aspects of a well rounded wellness program. Perfect for beginners but will also give the most seasoned exercisers a great workout!

New Age Mix

This class offers a mix bag of everything! We start with 20 minutes of cardio dance. Then we move on to 20 minutes of a combination of body weight, weight bearing and cardio exercises designed to strengthen and tone while boosting your metabolism. We finish with 20 minutes of yoga and relaxation.
