Strengthening and Lengthening
This class focuses on all the fundamentals of wellness: strength, cardio, flexibility as well as the mental aspects of a well rounded wellness program. Perfect for beginners but will also give the most seasoned exercisers a great workout!
All classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and are open to the public.
